Scope of Work

  • Cleaning of all floors & surfaces, Dry dusting for the ceilings
  • Sweeping and moping of floors
  • Clean the mirrors and windows

Locker rooms:

  • Clean and wipe all lockers, benches, and showers
  • Sweep and mop the floor

Exercise equipment:

  • Clean and wipe all exercise equipment, including weights, machines, mats, and cardio equipment
  • Wipe down all touchpoints and handles
  • External Cleaning of all water fountains and vending machines

Floors and surfaces:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all gym floors
  • Dry dusting of all surfaces, including walls and ceilings
  • Cleaning and wiping of windows and mirrors

Restrooms:

  • Cleaning of all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and counters
  • Sweep and mop the floors
  • Empty and sanitize all trash cans

Miscellaneous:

  • Dusting of all surfaces, including light fixtures, ceiling fans, and air vents
  • Cleaning and wiping of any additional equipment or items as requested by gym management

Equipment and Materials:

  • Industrial vacuum cleaner
  • Cleaning chemicals
  • Brushes microfiber and duster
  • Other necessary consumables
